Just a few examples on how switching to VoIP has helped our customers save money and changed the way they do business…
Absolute Living – Estate Agent
Absolute Living had 2 sites with 10 analog lines at each office. As there was no link between the two offices this resulted in lost sales opportunities as both sites shared clients for Sales and Lettings. After installing an integrated solution this allowed both offices to be connected as if they were housed under the same roof. With one number, customers calls could be routed through to any employee in either site, therefore reducing the chance of lost sales.
“After calling V4VoIP in to assist with our communications project I have made savings of £3,600 per annum on line rentals and over £280.00 on monthly call charges. In my line of business this is a significant saving which has now allowed me to expand to a 3rd office.”
Top Gear Cars – Taxi Company
Top Gear Cars maintained one small central office with 10 analog phone lines for all inbound phone calls. Top Gear also had 10 remote phone numbers with local prefixes that were forwarded to the central office. Because there was not enough bandwidth for all taxi requests; customers often received a busy signal that resulted in a loss of business. Once we installed our system, Top Gear Cars were able to compete more aggressively with established and larger companies in the crowded London taxi market.
“V4VoIP helped cut our phone costs and made us more competitive almost immediately. With trixbox Pro, customers never get a busy signal and they know exactly how long the wait time is, which has dramatically reduced our abandoned call volume. As well, with the simple integration into our databases we can now identify existing customers, personalize their call and be more effective as we service them.
trixbox Pro made our operations more efficient and scalable. We can now have operators that work from home, which reduces costs and gives us more flexibility during peak calling times. And, we can still portray multiple locations, while having all the calls handled by one system for a fraction of the cost.”
